Review Group - Research

Responsibility for Research and Third Mission activities, as well as for its quality, lies with the Department Manager

The Departments must guarantee a constant commitment to continuous improvement of Research and Third Mission, in terms of aiming for results of ever greater value, setting objectives aligned with the best national and international standards.

It is the Department's task to define and implement procedures to achieve these objectives and monitor them periodically.

It is the responsibility of the Department Manager:

to draft a document that defines the Quality Assurance Policy, stating clearly how QA processes are implemented, roles of structures and people involved, with their tasks and responsibilities
to draft the Departmental Three-Year Plan (definition of objectives, identification and implementation of the actions to achieve them)
monitor the achievement of objectives
