Students matriculating in the 1st year must fill out the study plans via the web.

How to complete the online study plan

Recommended steps

  1. Get in touch with your TEACHER - TUTOR as soon as possible to define your training path.
He/she can help you in your choices
  2. Read the GUIDE and all the details
  3. Access  “ONLINE STUDENT SERVICES” with your university credentials (To find out more about your university computer credentials: credenziali informatiche di Ateneo)
  4. The “ONLINE PLANS” completion service is active.
  5. Pay attention to which courses you indicate in the Elective Exams' section. In particular, as regards the course of study in Literature, make sure that these courses refer to your training centre, Vercelli or Alessandria. (N.B. normally the courses in Alexandria end with an Arabic number, e.g., General Pedagogy 1 in Alexandria but General Pedagogy in Vercelli)
  6. Confirm the plan: remember that the study plan will be correctly presented only after pressing the CONFIRM PLAN button at the end of the procedure
  7. Remember to save the completed study plan in pdf format.

1° year

  • You will need to fill out your full three-year study plan. Any changes are possible every year in the windows proposed.

2° or 3° year

  • Be careful: you will only be able to submit changes to the plan already submitted.

6° year - Part time (coorte 2018-19)

  • Be careful: when completing the plan, you will also be presented with the courses relating to previous years. You will only have to confirm them, where requested.
  • Do not make changes to previous years when filling in the plan.

For any doubts...
for information regarding your study plan options: contact your teacher - tutor

After the plan has been filled in and confirmed, the status may be:

  • P - PROPOSED (the student has completed the plan and proposes it for evaluation to the teacher)
  • V - IN EVALUATION (the teacher has received a proposed plan)
  • A - APPROVED (the plan viewed by the teacher has been approved)
  • R - REJECTED (the plan viewed by the teacher is NOT approved)

What happens when a plan is rejected?

  • the student is notified both via email (university mailbox) and on the "Online Services" portal page that the plan has been REJECTED
  • the email contains the information relating to critical issues highlighted by the teacher-tutor
  • the plan can be filled in again by the student, during the active session.
  • once the required corrections have been made, the student "confirms" the updated plan so that it can be received by the teacher again

What happens when a plan is approved?

  • the plan approved by the teacher-tutor is entered into the student's programme
  • the student will see the study plan on his "Online services / Study plans" page
  • after verification by the Degree Course Council, the plan will also appear in the "Online Booklet"

The study plan templates and option cards are available in the relevant section of each degree programme
