Students, who are in debt for only one proficiency exam, may benefit from an additional extraordinary call, except for language years. Extraordinary appeals will be set in the period between 15 and 26 May 2023 and extraordinary dissertation sessions will be identified in the period between 1 and 9 June 2023. Students will be able to apply by 23 April 2023. Graduating students who have already applied for the April session but who, for proven reasons, are unable to graduate on time, may submit a request for an extension in order to access the extraordinary June session. The request must be submitted to the Student Secretariat by 14 April 2023. The supervisor must send the Student secretariat confirmation of the student's objective need to postpone the discussion until June.
