The Interdisciplinary Centre C.A.S.T. (Centre for Historical Analysis of the Territory) operates in the field of research for knowledge of the territory in support of sustainable development, investing in the third strategic priority of the 2007-2013 POR: "the redevelopment of the territory through enhancement of cultural systems and recovery of urban areas subject to degradation".
