Centre for Constitutional Law and History DISCO
The Interdepartmental Centre of Constitutional Law and History was set up in April 2015 to respond to the need for an institutional place dedicated to the study of constitutional law and its history and to unite on this issue, in a transversal and interdisciplinary way, different entities present in the University of Eastern Piedmont - and in particular in the departments of Law and Political, Economic and Social Sciences (Digspes), of Economics and Business Studies (Disei), of Humanistic Studies (Disum) - linking their activities and strengthening research.
Disco, therefore, is primarily a centre of dialogue, where synergies are developed between disciplines linked to the constitution, both in its modern version of a fundamental charter of positive law, and in its historical, philosophical and politological aspect.
