The Research QA is designed for monitoring the conditions in which Research activities are carried out.
In other words: establishing the objectives, implementing the necessary measures to achieve these by removing any obstacles, observing performance of the planned activities, and verifying achievement of the results.
The main subjects involved in the QA of Research at Department level are:
- Departments
- Quality Managers of the Research Departments.
The QA structure for Research at Department level is made up of:
- Quality Manager of the Research Department (RQDR)
- Research Commission - Review Group.
The composition of these subjects is decided by the Department Council.
